Marks & Spencer, 125 year Archive Exhibition
Audas were very proud to be asked to be Principle Contractor for this one
off prestigious contract.
Marks & Spencer in conjunction with The University of Leeds planned
to build and open to the public an exhibition to museum standards of some
of its archive material.
We had to convert within the listed, Parkinson Building a new exhibition
from concept to opening in 5 months, without disrupting students or local
residents.
Working alongside leading museum designers, architects, a team of consultants
and The University of Leeds, we delivered the scheme on time and to
budget for the opening by Sir Stuart Rose and Twiggy on 4th June 2009. |
