Probably hard work and demanding!

Favourite part/most rewarding part of job?

Seeing the business develop and individuals and teams flourish in their roles.

If you weren't at Audas (what would dream job be)?

Either a skipper on yachts sailing around nice parts of the world, or as a Park Ranger in the Forest of Bowland AONB

Away from Audas:

I'm a keen sailor and walker and enjoy getting away into the wilderness.

Dinner Invite (who would you invite)

A few of my mates and family as I don't see them enough. I'm not into 'celebrity' so wouldn't be bothered inviting any of them. Maybe Ellen MacArthur as she is quite an inspiration for what she achieved.

Aspirational possession?

I enjoy driving nice cars, and have had quite a few in my time, but don't really seek out anything.

Favorite book, film, music, holiday?

I don't read very many books and can take or leave most films and music. My best holiday was 2 weeks bareboat sailing around the Turkish Coast on a 50ft yacht, visiting remote coves and restaurants.

Time machine - A period in time, place etc..

There's nothing like the present! I'm not into wishing I was someone/ somewhere else!

A pint of real ale - either Thwaites Wainwright or Bowland Brewery Hen Harrier at the moment.
Corned Beef Hash with tomato ketchup
An hour in the hot tub of an evening looking out across the Fylde coast
