Project Management / Secondment

Marks & Spencer have seconded 4 different members of Audas Project Management throughout last year to carry out different roles.

 

Steve Bray was part of the Risk Team, where he advised and implemented on compliance, best practice, Health and Safety and training of Contractors.

 

Gary Lawrence, Phil Sharp & Mike Rhodes were seconded to the Demand Fulfilment team, where they were responsible for overseeing the management and delivery of the shop fit contractors, ensuring they delivered to quality and on time.

 

Somerfield have seconded Gary Lawrence, as a Store Development Manager. This role involves the delivery of refitted and new stores from the initial briefing of the scope, through to cost control, ensuring a quality delivery and managing the final account.
