Systematic inspections and testing of the Works will be introduced to ensure compliance with the Specification at all stages of the Works. The results of inspections and testing will be formalised and where non-compliance is apparent proposals for remedial action will be introduced.

 

The full procedures to be applied to all schemes to ensure the customers specification and quality requirements are achieved on all sites are as follows:-

 

Completion verification and snagging checks shall be carried out prior to the formal hand over of the contract to customers to check that the completed works comply with the customer’s specification, and that the quality of finish and workmanship meet company standards.

Audas Project Management operate stringent on site written Quality Assurance Procedures, which together with systematic inspections and testing of the works by Managers and Site Supervisors ensures high quality workmanship with the objective of zero snagging.

 

The Quality Assurance Procedures, will be implemented on every site to ensure the quality of all trade and sub-contract installations and the successful delivery of the projects.

 

Our Contract Managers and Site Supervisors will check operations to ensure the required standards are achieved. Where required, samples will be constructed to establish quality requirements. It is also an established site procedure to ‘bring-in’ specialist suppliers to explain how their products are best procured, handled and installed.
