Steve Bray, Director
Steve has 25 years management experience in the Construction Industry with the last 8 years as Key Account Manager, with major blue chip high street retailers.
Steve has the responsibility for all aspects of management for contracts from pre contract development stage through to completion including the selection of contracts managers, site managers and site teams, planning and control, CDM compliance and client liaison.

Phil Brown, Director
Phil spent 18 years as a quantity surveyor working with blue chip high street retailers on fit-outs, refurbishment, and design and construct projects.
Before setting up Audas he spent a number of years as a commercial manager and is experienced at delivering and managing the workload of project surveyors from Pre Contract tender stage through to Final Account negotiation and completion.

Phil Sharp, Director
Phil, is originally from a quantity surveying background but progressed into managing a Special Works Department for a national contractor, then as a Client Account Manager, managing store refits with a value circa £12m per annum.
Phil has 20 years in the Construction Industry, with a variety of experience working on contracts ranging from new office development to general refurbishment of offices and shops.

Gary Lawrence, Project Director
Gary has 25 years management experience within the retail environment, predominately operating within a blue chip client organisation.
At Audas Gary's list of projects have been varied and interesting. He has worked as Client Representative, project managing 20 schemes at £150k for Somerfield, then delivering one scheme for £6 million for Marks & Spencer. He has worked within a business on a 6 month logistics project, and this year, delivered as Principal Contractor the Marks & Spencer Archive Exhibition at The University of Leeds.
