Considerate Constructors Scheme & Community Engagement

Audas are committed to the principles of the Considerate Constructors Scheme and have worked endlessly throughout the year on various projects achieving commendable scores. Initiatives undertaken included: visits to various primary schools to deliver presentations on H&S on building sites; clean up of the Rochdale canal; insect hotel; local radio interviews. Audas were rewarded for their efforts with a Bronze national site award. Health & Safety

Working in ‘live environments’ the health and safety of customers, staff and contractors is vital. We take great care to ensure that all our team are fully trained and best-practice procedures are followed on-site at all times. The Environment

As part of our commitment to the environment and our Environmental Policy, we follow eight environmental principles designed to prevent pollution, minimise the use of energy and materials whilst reducing waste and carbon-based emissions. Incorporating re-use and recycling into our construction process we maintain high workforce awareness of environmental issues. Our current diversion to landfill rate is 100% and the procurement of sustainable timber by our supply chain is 100%.
