This scheme was a traditional shell fit-out design and build scheme, circa 40,000 sq. foot with clothing, home café, and new concept renewal food hall.
The works involve all new plant and installation for Mechanical, Electrical, Sprinklers & Refridge, new goods, and passenger lifts, new escalator, and fit-out of all traditional finishes – floors, ceiling walls, etc… including new retail fixtures and fittings.
The scheme was undertaken over 14 weeks on a larger development which meant close liaison with the development team throughout.
