This scheme was a New Concept Renewal Store – the first of its kind and labelled as a ‘Test & Learn’ store. Circa 100,000 sq. foot across 4 trading floors under a design and build contract with a New Concept Clothing & Home Business Units, new Café circa 300 covers, and renewal Food hall (‘The Magic of M&S’).
The works were undertaken in a phased manner whilst maintaining trade within a business as usual environment. Many initiatives were introduced including, Click & Collect, Concept Fitting Rooms, Kids Activity Fitting Rooms, Concept Fixtures and Equipment, Concept Lighting, Floor Finishes, and various concessions.
The scheme was undertaken over 32 weeks working collaboratively with M&S and the designated design team delivering our clients’ expectations and beyond.
